The Problem
Gait abnormalities are early indicators of pain, injury, or degenerative conditions in dogs. Traditional gait analysis systems are costly, require specialist operators, and are largely confined to academic or research facilities. As a result, most pet owners and even general practice veterinarians lack access to tools that allow early, objective detection of mobility issues leading to delayed diagnosis and treatment.
Additionally, dog health information is often fragmented across paper notes, memory, and apps, making it hard for pet owners and vets to form a comprehensive picture of a dog’s wellbeing.
